Robin Davenport, MSC Director
Robin started her career with MSC as a direct support aide during the summer months in the late 1990s. She worked fulltime as a case manager while pursuing her bachelor's degree. She completed both of her college internships at MSC and earned a BS in Human Services from Kennesaw State University. Robin served as the the DDP (Developmental Disabilities Professional)/Program Director from 2010-2019. She returned to MSC in April 2021 as the MSC Director. Faith Fuller, MSC DDP/Program Director
Faith started her career at MSC as a case manager in 2018. She was promoted to DDP/Program Director in August, 2019. Faith has a BA in English Education from Lee University. Faith can be reached at faithfuller@mineralspringscenter.onmicrosoft.com or 706-632-2094.
Holly Waters, MSC Business Manager
Holly started her career as Business Manager at MSC in October 2019 following a 33-year career with HBO. Holly brings a very unique perspective to MSC as a parent of an adult child with Down Syndrome. Holly can be reached at hollywaters@mineralspringscenter.onmicrosoft.com or 706-632-2094.
Tara Ledford, Community Access Group Supervisor
Tara started her career at MSC in May 2016 as a Direct Support Professional providing Community Access Services. She was promoted to Community Access Group Supervisor in February 2024 due to her excellence in organization and in connecting with individuals. MSC Board of Directors
The MSC Board of Directors governs the operations of Mineral Springs Center, INC. They generally meet at MSC every 3rd Tuesday of even numbered months at 12:00 pm. All meetings are open to the public.
Donna Riddoch, President
Ms. Donna Riddoch is a retired Special Education Teacher.
Paula Harris, Secretary
Ms. Paula Harris is the mother of 2 sons with developmental disabilities.
Ms. Joan Hilliard, Member at Large
Ms. Joan Hilliard is employed by Sisson Company.
Patty Morris, Vice President
Patty is the parent of an adult son with a developmental disability.
Dan Bailey, Treasurer
Dan is retired after serving many years in non-profit management. He is the parent of an adult child with a developmental disability.
Angie Young, Member at Large
Angie is a retired Special Education School Teacher from Fannin County Schools.
